• Inside Dhaka TK 80/- & Outside of Dhaka TK 120/-

Delivery Time:

• Inside Dhaka, delivery within 1 to 2 days & outside of Dhaka within 3 to 4 days via Pathao.
• For international orders, delivery takes 7 to 10 days via DHL Express.

Exchange Policy

Return & Refund Policy:

• Return Window: Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
• Conditions: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with all tags and invoice attached.
• Eligible Reasons: Damaged or defective item, incorrect size, or wrong product received.
• Refund Process: Once the returned item passes quality inspection, the refund will be processed within 3 to 7 business days via the original payment method or Mobile Financial Services (MFS).

Shipping Charges:

OXEWMAN covers shipping for defective/wrong items. For size exchanges or change-of-mind returns, standard delivery fees apply to the customer.
