Return Window: Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with all tags and invoice attached.
Eligible Reasons: Damaged or defective item, incorrect size, or wrong product received.
Refund Process: Once the returned item passes quality inspection, the refund will be processed within 3 to 7 business days via the original payment method or Mobile Financial Services (MFS).
Shipping Charges: OXEWMAN covers shipping for defective/wrong items. For size exchanges or change-of-mind returns, standard delivery fees apply to the customer
